Truvisory Solutions is looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer with an interest in branding, packaging design, social media creatives, digital marketing campaigns, and print collateral. The candidate should have a solid foundation in design fundamentals, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with our team.
Key Responsibilities
Create engaging social media creatives, ad campaigns, banners, and digital display assets for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Develop logos, brand identities, and comprehensive branding materials.
Design product packaging, labels, cartons, boxes, and related visual artwork.
Prepare print-ready packaging artwork with accurate dielines, bleeds, dimensions, and CMYK color separation.
Design brochures, catalogues, flyers, posters, corporate decks, retail displays, and other promotional assets.
Develop digital and print creatives adhering strictly to established brand guidelines.
Collaborate closely with marketing and creative team members to understand project briefs.
Coordinate with printing houses and production vendors when required.
Implement constructive revisions based on feedback and ensure punctual project delivery.
Maintain strict consistency across typography, color palettes, grids, and visual presentation.
Required Skills & Competencies
Hands-on knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
Familiarity with CorelDRAW, Adobe InDesign, or Canva is a distinct advantage.
Sound understanding of core design principles: typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and composition.
Basic knowledge of prepress workflows, printing processes, and CMYK/Pantone color is a plus.
High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn industry workflows.

Educational Qualification
Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline is preferred.
