Go from zero to a hire-ready UX/UI designer in 13 weeks, real briefs, real mentors, one portfolio-worthy case study.
UX UI Design from Scratch is a 13-week, mentor-led program built for people starting with nothing but curiosity. You will run the full design-thinking process end to end (research, information architecture, wireframing, visual design, prototyping, and usability testing) on a real problem brief, not a toy exercise.
Every session builds on the last, so by week 13 you are not just holding a certificate. You have a polished case study, a portfolio, and the vocabulary to defend your design decisions in an interview. Batches are capped at 8-10 learners so your mentor, a working designer with 2-15 years of industry experience, actually knows your project.

Portfolio case study
Aspiring creatives starting from zero
School leavers, fresh graduates, or anyone returning from a career break who wants a real on-ramp into design, no portfolio, no experience, no problem.
Career switchers with transferable skills
Marketers, engineers, teachers, whatever domain you're in now, you already think in problems and users. This course gives that instinct a design vocabulary.
Design enthusiasts who want a real process
You've dabbled in Figma or picked up bits from YouTube. Now you want the actual design-thinking process, not just the tool.
Anyone who wants proof, not just a certificate
You want a case study and a portfolio piece a recruiter will actually open, not just a line on a resume.
Think like a UX designer
Run the design-thinking process end to end (empathise, define, ideate, prototype, test) on a real problem brief, not a hypothetical.
Research real users
Plan and run interviews, dodge the classic research biases, and turn messy notes into affinity maps and personas that actually hold up.
Architect the experience
Turn research into journey maps, user flows, sitemaps, and information architecture before a single pixel gets pushed.
Wireframe and prototype fast
Move from rough wireframes to interactive prototypes, applying interaction design principles and reusable components as you go.
Design interfaces that hold together
Apply grids, visual hierarchy, colour theory, and typography to ship UI that looks and feels considered, not accidental.
Master Figma (and transfer to any tool)
Get fluent in components, variants, auto layout, and design systems thinking, skills that carry straight over to Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
UX Designer
Owns the research-to-wireframe pipeline, steps into the user's shoes to make a product genuinely easier and more enjoyable to use.
Product Designer
Carries end-to-end responsibility for the experience, translating business goals from stakeholders into interfaces people actually want to use.
User Researcher
Digs into what users actually need, not what they say they want, and hands the design team insights they can act on.
Certification
Present your case study to a jury of practising designers and earn a Designers Academy certificate with a performance overview, a credential recruiters can actually cross-check against your portfolio, not just a name on a PDF. Includes lifetime access to every session recording and resource.
Prerequisites
No coding experience, prior UX knowledge, or design degree required, just a laptop, curiosity, and the commitment to show up every weekend. Companies hiring for this role care more about your case study than your certificate.
Small batches
Capped at 8-10 learners so every student gets direct feedback from the educator.
Practitioner-led
Every educator is an active designer at a top product company, not just a teacher.
Career-first
Curriculum designed backwards from real job requirements so everything you learn is hireable.
We'll reach out as soon as the next batch is announced.

Test and defend your decisions
Run usability tests, apply Nielsen's heuristics, and learn to explain why a design choice works, the exact skill interviewers probe for.
Package a portfolio that gets you hired
Write your case study, build your portfolio site, and present it to a jury of practising designers before you ever present it to a recruiter.
