Key Responsibilities
Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes (web & mobile)
Design high-fidelity UI screens aligned with brand guidelines
Build and maintain a design system / style guide
Conduct basic user research and usability testing
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams
Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
Iterate designs based on feedback and user insights
Requirements
Educational Background
Pursuing/recently completed degree in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
Marketing backgrounds also preferred, especially with interest in consumer behavior, user psychology,
and digital product experience
Skills & Portfolio
Portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects made in Figma
Understanding of user-centered design: wireframing, prototyping, usability testing
Familiarity with design systems and style guides
Strong visual design sense, attention to detail
Soft Skills
Good communication and collaboration in a team setting
Ability to adapt to feedback and iterate quickly
Passion for intuitive, visually appealing digital experiences
