At Grevoro, we're pioneering sustainable manufacturing by inventing AI-powered decarbonisation solutions for heavy industries and recycling. Our design team solves for deep industrial complexity, crafting experiences across websites, dashboards, web and mobile applications that make this low-carbon future a reality.
As we build this future, we believe meticulously crafted experiences are a huge part of what sets Grevoro apart on this frontier. As a rapidly growing startup, we're looking for a Product Designer who can match our pace, wear multiple design hats, be open to learning new tools and methodologies, and grow with us as we craft solutions and experiences that have never existed before.

About the Role
As a Product Designer at Grevoro, you'll be part of a team that owns end-to-end design experiences. You'll work alongside a senior designer who will guide your craft as you learn how we take requirements and expand on them through research, ideate and build experiences, run user testing, hand off to engineering, and iterate after launch. All of this happens in a highly dynamic environment, built on close cross-functional partnerships.
What you'll do
Design websites, dashboards, web and mobile applications using Figma, Claude Design and other traditional and AI-native tools.
Create marketing creatives, illustrations and presentation decks that carry our brand across launches, campaigns, pitches and events.
Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing and synthesis of findings.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs that are clear and well documented.
Present design concepts and your rationale to stakeholders, and act on the feedback.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers, from discovery through delivery.
Contribute to our design system across components, patterns and documentation.
Analyse metrics and user feedback after launch, and iterate based on evidence.
Question requirements and propose alternative scopes when needed, with support from your senior designer.
Use AI tooling to improve both the speed and the quality of your output.
What we are looking for
A willingness to learn the domain properly. Our products are used inside heavy industry and recycling operations, and you can't design for them from the outside. You'll be expected to understand how these operations run, spend time with the people who work in them, and get comfortable with their vocabulary and constraints. You'll be given the time and guidance to do this properly.
A good grasp of UI and UX principles, including colour theory and the psychology behind how people read an interface.
A portfolio that shows your process, not just final screens. Course projects, internships and self-initiated work all count.
Comfort in Figma, including auto-layout, components, variants and responsive design.
You keep yourself current on UI and UX practice, and actively explore new AI advancements and tools in design.
An understanding of what design systems are for, and curiosity about how to build one.
Clear communication. You can explain a design decision to PMs, engineers and founders.
You treat engineering constraints as part of the design problem, not an afterthought.
You can do good work on a tight timeline and ask what matters most when time runs short.
