3. Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate, user-focused UI/UX Designer to create visually engaging and easy-to-use digital products in a fast-paced environment. You will take ownership of the design for the 4moles Golf TeeTimes & Scoring website and app, guiding it from understanding user needs through to polished, ready-to-build interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Design user-centered experiences for the 4moles website and app based on business requirements and user feedback
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
Turn requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive interfaces
Design UI elements such as input controls, navigation components, and information components
Produce original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables
Identify and fix UX issues, including responsiveness across devices
Work closely with product, engineering, and management teams
Use customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings to continuously improve the experience
Qualifications and Education
Degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
Strong portfolio of related projects
Overview: We are looking for a designer who is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and prototyping tools such as Sketch and InVision. You should have a keen eye for aesthetics and strong attention to detail, and be able to explain your ideas and design decisions clearly to different stakeholders. As a team player, you will work comfortably with product, engineering, and management teams. Immediate availability is required.
