The industry and style filters (e-commerce, healthcare, minimal, iOS) make it faster to find something close to your actual project than a plain alphabetical list.
Best if Sketch is still part of your workflow: that's the site's original focus, even though it's since added Figma and Adobe XD resources too.
The site currently shows some unrelated gambling-ad content alongside the real design resources: treat that as ad-network spam, not part of the actual offering, and be careful what you click.
