Data Viz Project, built by the Danish infographic agency Ferdio, is a reference catalog of over 160 chart and diagram types, each with its own page explaining what it's for and showing real examples.
The filters — by data family, input type, function (comparison, correlation, distribution), and shape — solve the actual problem designers have with charts, which isn't "what looks nice" but "what chart type correctly represents this relationship in my data."
Genuinely useful for anyone designing dashboards, reports, or infographics who defaults to bar charts out of habit and wants to know what else fits their data before committing.
It's a reference and naming catalog, not a chart-building tool — you leave with the right chart type and vocabulary for it, not a finished visualization you can export.
Website presenting all relevant data visualizations.
