The problem
Families and groups heading out for dinner in busy Indian urban hubs often spend forty minutes or more standing outside packed restaurants. Current paper tokens and shouting staff fail to give people clear updates, leading to friction at the entrance and frustrated diners before they even sit down.
Most existing apps only work for high-end fine dining or require complex setups that small local eateries ignore. Diners end up guessing arrival times, walking away in annoyance, or crowding narrow reception areas. Designing a lightweight check-in flow can fix this friction.
