Target participants
5 to 8 people who order groceries on quick-delivery apps at least weekly
The problem
Quick-commerce apps promise groceries in minutes, but fruit and vegetables often arrive bruised, overripe or badly packed. Customers can raise a complaint, yet many stop ordering produce online altogether and go back to their local vendor.
This challenge asks you to understand how people judge freshness, where trust breaks during the order, and what would make them confident again.
Research question
Why do people stop trusting quick-delivery apps for fruit and vegetables, and what would win that trust back?
