Target participants
Parents in metropolitan and Tier 2 cities in India with children under 12, who have sought or currently need evening childcare for short durations (e.g., 2-5 hours).
The problem
Parents in urban and semi-urban India often struggle to find reliable, flexible evening childcare for just a few hours. This leads to missed social events, professional development opportunities, or simply a much-needed break, costing them personal time and peace of mind. The constant worry about their child's safety and well-being with an unknown caretaker adds significant stress to their daily lives. Current options are often insufficient: full-time nannies aren't practical for short stints, while informal networks of family and friends aren't always available or suitable. Formal childcare centers typically operate during daytime hours, making them inaccessible for evening needs. This gap leaves many parents feeling isolated and constrained, unable to balance their responsibilities with personal needs.
