The problem
When people on Indian streets encounter an injured animal, they waste critical hours searching through scattered social media posts, outdated web directories, and unanswered phone numbers to find help. Precious time slips away while bystanders try to figure out which local NGO or municipal helpline actually operates in their specific neighborhood.
Most existing solutions rely on static lists that go out of date or social media pages that lack real-time availability tracking. Rescuers and shelters operate in silos with fragmented communication channels, leaving citizens with no reliable way to report an emergency, track the status of a dispatched ambulance, or know if help is actually on the way.
Success criteria
A first-time user can report an emergency with location and photo within three taps, and municipal or NGO responders can instantly view structured incident details without phone tag.
