Target participants
Recent graduates who finished their degrees within the last twelve months, especially those from tier-2 and tier-3 colleges across India.
The problem
Millions of graduates step out of colleges in India every year without knowing what their actual career path looks like. They face a massive gap between academic coursework and industry expectations, leading to months of unemployed wandering or low-paying jobs that stall their growth.
Traditional placement cells in most colleges are understaffed and rely on mass recruiters rather than individual guidance. Mentorship networks exist online, but they are fragmented, expensive, or intimidating for a young graduate trying to figure out their first step.
