About the Role
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience who can design meaningful, intuitive, and scalable user experiences. The role requires strong UX thinking, solid visual design skills, and the ability to translate product requirements into elegant, user-centered solutions.
Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user experiences for web and digital products
Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
Design high-fidelity UI with strong visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and layout
Ensure designs are usable, accessible, and responsive across devices
Collaborate with product and engineering teams throughout the design lifecycle
Iterate designs based on user feedback, testing, and data insights
Maintain visual and UX consistency across product experiences
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, problem-solving, and UI execution
Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g. Figma or equivalent)
Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability
Experience designing for production-ready digital products
Clear communication and strong design rationale
Nice to Have
Experience using Webflow to build or maintain websites
Background in branding or visual identity design
Compensation
Monthly salary: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month.
