Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for product features, from problem discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and developer handoff
Design intuitive, scalable user experiences for complex product workflows, dashboards, and data-driven interfaces
Build, maintain, and evolve design systems — components, tokens, styles, and usage guidelines
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and founders to translate requirements into effective design solutions
Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and usability across the platform, with clear documentation for developer handoff in Figma
Use AI and no-code tools where appropriate to speed up ideation and prototyping without compromising UX quality
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or Product Design (mandatory)
Strong portfolio showcasing product design work, including UX thinking and UI execution
Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
Proven experience building or scaling design systems
Proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, variants, prototyping)
Experience on SaaS, B2B, or product-based platforms is a strong plus
Good to Have
Experience with PropTech, marketplaces, or community platforms
Exposure to AI-assisted design tools or no-code platforms (Framer, Webflow, Bolt, Lovable, Readdy, etc.)
Understanding of frontend constraints and basic HTML/CSS/React workflows
