UI/UX Designer at Onelab Ventures

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-centric digital experiences for web and mobile platforms. The role involves translating user needs and business requirements into engaging, functional, and visually appealing interfaces.

User Research & Experience

Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews
Analyze user behavior to identify pain points and opportunities
Create personas, user journeys, and information architecture

UI/UX Design & Prototyping

Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity interfaces
Develop responsive designs for web and mobile applications
Maintain consistency through design systems, UI kits, and style guides
Build interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, and validate through A/B testing and usability testing

Collaboration & Delivery

Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
Present design concepts and justify design decisions
Support developers during implementation and design handoff

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
Experience with micro-interactions and motion design
Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
