We are looking for a design enthusiast to shape how the world sees and feels Odo and its products. You'll turn interfaces into rich user experiences — modeling user behavior, creating wireframes, and designing interface concepts and graphic layouts for our web platform and mobile apps — and help the digital marketing team with everyday social posts and other design needs.
Desired Skills and Expertise
1 year of experience in UI/UX design
Experience designing and iterating on web & apps
A strong portfolio
Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Axure, InVision, or similar
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Quantitative and user behavior analysis skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to function in a fast-paced setup and hit deadlines
Willingness to experiment and explore unconventional ideas
Bonus Points For
Photography and video editing skills
Experience with iOS and Android app design
