We're looking for a Founding UI/UX Design Leader who gets the bigger picture: creating products that solve real problems for doctors, patients, and everyone else in the healthcare chain.

What You'll Do
Lead Design — own the entire design process, from strategy to final execution
Understand the Problem — work directly with doctors, patients, and administrators to deeply understand their challenges
Design with Clarity — create clean, intuitive designs that simplify complex workflows
Prototype and Iterate — test ideas quickly, gather feedback, and refine until it works beautifully
Build a System — create scalable design components that ensure consistency as we grow
Collaborate Across Teams — work closely with engineers, product managers, and AI experts to bring ideas to life
What We're Looking For
Healthcare experience — you've worked in or designed for healthcare (or other complex domains) and understand the challenges involved
Systems thinker — great at creating design systems that make everything look cohesive and function smoothly
Engineer-friendly — you understand how designs are built and can collaborate effectively with technical teams
Problem-solver — you focus on practical solutions that genuinely make life easier for users
Startup-ready — comfortable with the chaos of a fast-growing team and thrive on building from scratch
