Role Overview
We're looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience who can turn complex ideas into elegant, intuitive, user-centric designs — leading the end-to-end design process across web and mobile platforms, driving design strategy, user research, and product usability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the complete design lifecycle, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity design and implementation support
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically compelling
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to guide design decisions
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and feasibility
Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and interaction patterns
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital products (web and mobile)
Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, and end-to-end project execution
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other modern design tools
Deep understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design principles
Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus
