About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on UI/UX Designer who can translate complex product ideas into simple, intuitive, and delightful user experiences. You'll own the end-to-end design process across Ctruh's web and platform experiences — from user research and interaction design to high-fidelity UI and implementation support, working closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership.
What You'll Own
Own the full UI/UX lifecycle: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and handoff
Design intuitive user flows, information architecture, and interaction patterns
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions; validate decisions with data
Create high-fidelity UI that's clean, modern, and pixel-perfect, with consistent typography and visual hierarchy
Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library
Partner with product managers and engineers to define scope, ensure feasibility, and communicate design rationale
Advocate for user-centric design while proactively identifying UX gaps and improvements
Platforms: web application, marketing site, product dashboards, and future mobile experiences.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital products
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking and execution
Proficiency in Figma (Adobe XD / Sketch acceptable)
Strong understanding of user-centered design and experience designing responsive, accessible interfaces
Excellent collaboration and communication skills, high attention to detail
Nice to Have
Experience designing SaaS or B2B products
Familiarity with frontend basics (HTML, CSS, JS)
Experience working with design systems at scale
Prior startup or early-stage product experience
