Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team, responsible for crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and user experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles, human-centered design, and proficiency in tools like Figma, playing a crucial role in enhancing our product's usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop high-quality, user-centered UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications using Figma and other design tools
Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to meet project requirements and stakeholder feedback
Collaborate with product management, engineering, and QA to ensure design solutions meet product goals and are technically feasible
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices for consistency across products and features
Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve design quality and processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
1+ year of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and UX best practices
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse teams
Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-friendly designs
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Knowledge of design systems and accessibility guidelines
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control (Git)
Certification in UI/UX design or a related field is a plus
