UI/UX Designer

About the Role

UI/UX Designer · 5 years experience · Bangalore, on-site (5 days).

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to lead end-to-end design for the CLO-SET platform, designing user experiences that hold together end to end, creating high-quality visual assets, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and design the overall UX/UI of the CLO-SET platform
• Create feature specifications, UX storyboards, wireframes, and user flows
• Develop high-quality design deliverables in Figma and maintain a well-structured design system
• Produce digital branding assets such as banners, icons, and explanatory graphics
• Build interactive prototypes and user flows based on UX research insights
• Analyze user feedback and implement UX/UI improvements
• Participate in the full product lifecycle — ideation, design, launch, and validation
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Content Teams on feasibility and consistency

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, product design, or service planning
• Strong experience planning and managing platform services
• Hands-on expertise building, documenting, and applying design systems
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools (Framer, ProtoPie, etc. a plus)
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and fast-paced development environments
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CLO software
• Knowledge of fashion production processes (vendor / technical designer / fashion industry background)
• Experience launching web or mobile products with measurable improvements
• Familiarity with 3D content creation tools or web-based 3D workflows
• Experience with motion design tools like After Effects or Lottie
• Background in global SaaS or tech startup environments
