Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for product features from problem discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and developer handoff.
Design intuitive, scalable user experiences for complex product workflows, dashboards, and data-driven interfaces.
Build, maintain, and evolve design systems, including components, tokens, styles, and usage guidelines.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and founders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and usability across the platform. - Create clear documentation and specs for smooth developer handoff using tools like Figma.
Use AI and no-code tools where appropriate to speed up ideation, prototyping, and exploration without compromising UX quality.
Review implemented designs and provide feedback to maintain high design standards in production.
Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or Product Design (mandatory).
Strong portfolio showcasing product design work, including UX thinking and UI execution.
Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
Proven experience with design systems (building or scaling them).
Proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, variants, prototyping).
Experience working on SaaS, B2B, or product-based platforms is a strong plus.
Familiarity with collaborating in agile, fast-paced startup environments.
Good to Have
Experience with PropTech, marketplaces, or community platforms.
Exposure to AI-assisted design tools or no-code platforms (Framer, Webflow, Bolt, Lovable, Readdy, etc.).
Understanding of frontend constraints and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/React workflows.
Ability to think beyond screens and contribute to product strategy and UX decisions.
