Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-centric digital experiences for web and mobile platforms. The role involves translating user needs and business requirements into engaging, functional, and visually appealing interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
User Research & Experience
Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews.
Analyze user behavior to identify pain points and opportunities.
Create personas, user journeys, and information architecture.
UI/UX Design
Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity interfaces.
Develop responsive designs for web and mobile applications.
Maintain consistency through design systems, UI kits, and style guides.
Ensure accessibility and usability best practices are followed.
Prototyping & Testing
Build interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Perform A/B testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
Validate designs through usability testing.
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders.
Present design concepts and justify design decisions.
Support developers during implementation and design handoff.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Experience with micro-interactions and motion design.
Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Key Attributes
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong understanding of user psychology and visual aesthetics.
