About the role
We are seeking a talented and motivated UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UI/UX Designer Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the design and user experience of digital products that drive positive change. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and fellow designers, to create intuitive, engaging, and user-centered interfaces.
Responsibilities:

Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of design guidelines and design systems.
Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback to improve design quality.
Contribute to the overall creative and collaborative environment of HackForChange.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to understand project goals, user needs, and design requirements.
Create visually compelling UI designs for web and mobile applications that align with user-centered design principles.
Develop and iterate on user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.
Implement consistent design patterns and contribute to the development of UI design guidelines.
Qualifications:
Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects that demonstrate a clear understanding of design principles and problem-solving skills.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
