Role Overview:

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience who can turn complex ideas into elegant, intuitive, and user-centric designs. You’ll be responsible for leading the end-to-end design process across our web and mobile platforms, driving design strategy, user research, and product usability. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic startup environment and wants to shape the design direction of high-impact products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the complete design lifecycle, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity design and implementation support.
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces that are both functional and aesthetically compelling.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to guide design decisions.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design consistency and feasibility.
Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library.
Advocate for user-centered design principles while aligning with business goals.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and interaction patterns, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Continuously refine and improve designs based on data, feedback, and usability metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for digital products (web and mobile).
Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, problem-solving, and end-to-end project execution.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other modern design tools.
Deep understanding of user-centered design, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, effective interfaces.
Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for pixel-perfect design.
