About Us
At CREATEXP LABS, we design and build websites, custom software, and MVPs for startups and businesses across the globe.
We’re a lean team working at the intersection of design, tech, and business - building products that look great, work fast, and deliver real results.
We’ve worked with clients in more than 5 countries and launched everything from landing pages to full-scale softwares.
What You’ll Do
1. Design visually outstanding, responsive websites and landing pages in Figma or Framer.
2. Translate briefs and wireframes into clean, conversion-driven interfaces with strong visual hierarchy.
3. Apply principles of layout, spacing, and typography to create well-balanced, modern designs.
4. Collaborate with developers for smooth, pixel-accurate implementation.
5. Build and organize Design systems including: components, variants, and tokens in Figma to maintain structure and speed.
6. Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, that align with project goals.
7. Design Product Interfaces in Figma with a strong understanding of hierarchy, spacing, and visual Design.
8. Contribute to user flows and wireframes with a solid understanding of UX fundamentals.
9. Present and explain design decisions clearly to internal teams and clients.
10. Stay current with design trends, tools, and modern web aesthetics.
What We’re Looking For
1. Strong visual design proficiency — You’ve designed 4+ end-to-end responsive websites (in Figma or Framer) and have a strong sense of composition, hierarchy, and typography.
2. Proof of work required — Include your portfolio or live website links showing visual design strength.
3. Fluency in Figma — Confident with auto layout, components, variants, and clean file organization.
4. Understanding of UX — Storng grasp of user flows, accessibility, and usability
5. Hands-on Product Design Exposure — Worked on one or more products/softwares.
6. Detail-obsessed — You care deeply about spacing, balance, and alignment.
7. Curious and adaptive — You’re eager to learn new tools, understand dev handoffs, and grow into product-level projects over time.
