About the role
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team, responsible for crafting intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and user experiences for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in design principles, human-centered design, and proficiency in design tools like Figma. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our product's usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.##### Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop high-quality, user-centered UI/UX designs for web and mobile applications using Figma and other design tools.- Conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to meet project requirements and stakeholder feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and QA to ensure design solutions meet product goals and are technically feasible.
Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and best practices to ensure consistency across all products and features.
Participate in design reviews, provide constructive feedback, and continuously improve design quality and processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and methodologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive and user-friendly designs.
Strong problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Knowledge of design systems and accessibility guidelines.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
Certification in UI/UX design or a related field is a plus.
