In my time working in design, guiding junior teammates and explaining UX thinking to cross-functional partners has been just as satisfying as shipping the product itself. Starting out, I noticed how different real design work—like managing stakeholders, iterating on research, and building design systems—is from textbook theory. That’s why Designerrs Academy’s practical, portfolio-first approach resonated with me. I want to help students build intuition and navigate real industry roles.
