Identified core problems via 6 interviews: complex apps for elderly users, caregivers struggling to stay involved remotely. Designed 30+ high-fi screens in Figma with urgency-based booking flows (3–5 steps). Usability testing with 4 participants led to relocating the AI chatbot for visibility.

Why don’t patients have tools to compare conflicting diagnoses confidently?

5 interviews with patients, caregivers, and a healthcare coordinator revealed families navigating 4–12 doctors per case. Synthesized into 4 personas: confidence 2–4/10 vs 7–8/10 for coordinators — an access gap, not knowledge gap. HMWs + SCAMPER surfaced OCR prescription intake.
